  20. Personally I don't care one jot if it supports 1.76Mb Amiga disks. All the 
  21. software you can get comes on 880Kb disks. As long as it still supports that 
  22. it's fine by me. I do require 1.44Mb PC disk compatibility as it makes 
  23. transferring stuff between PC's and Macs easy.

  25. I don't backup onto floppies and even if I did, the difference between 1.44 
  26. and 1.76Mb would hardly be a concern. Who uses floppies these days?

  33. CPU slot is a good idea as you can then upgrade to PPC / 060 later and CPU 
  34. card manufacturers now only have to make one card form. Graphics cards are 
  35. obviously possible with the stackable boxes. It would be nice if the base unit 
  36. allowed at least one Zorro III or PCI card but I can live with buying extra 
  37. boxes. It allows you to start cheap and then expand. This is something Amiga 
  38. owners have always done.

  47. Why dodgy? Motorola's really sexy boxes stack like this too with inter-box 
  48. connectors. Cool stuff.

  50. I don't know if there is a limit on the number of boxes that can be stacked 
  51. but could you imagine if each box had say four PCI / Zorro III slots with 
  52. Alpha cards in each. Just keep stacking Alpha boxes until you either a) have 
  53. enough power or b) run out of money ;-)
